INAUGURAL LEcture in Criminal Law
In an attempt to facilitate the flow of information, and conversation regarding the directions Indian Criminal Law is taking, Project 39A hosted the maiden lecture of the Annual Lecture Series in Criminal Law, on 28th September, 2018.
Justice (Dr.) S. Muralidhar (Judge, Delhi HC) spoke about the Crime, Punishment and Justice in India: The Trajectories of Criminal Law in India, and was introduced by Dr. Menaka Guruswamy (Advocate, Supreme Court of India).
