Dr. Prabha Kotiswaran, Professor of Law and Social Justice at King's College, London, delivered the 2nd edition of the Annual Lecture in Criminal Law organised by Project 39A. It mapped the state of affairs vis-a-vis sexual violence in the country today, and argued that effective solutions lie beyond the realm of punitive legislations.
