Lecture and Panel Discussion on "Crime and Punishment: Reflections from Gandhi to mark 150 Years of Mahatma Gandhi's birth" (Event jointly with the Indian Law Institute, Kerala State Unit)

Marking 150 years of Mahatma Gandhi's birth, Project 39A with the Indian Law Institute, Kerala organised a discussion around crime and punishment, exploring the continuing relevance of the principles of non-violence. The panelists were Mr. Ra Basant (Senior Advoate Supreme Court of India and Former Judge, Kerela High Court), Dr. Usha Ramanathan (Senior Independent Researcher), Dr. Gopal Gandhi and Dr. Anup Surendranath (Executive Director, Project 39A).
